Selling your home yourself isn't complicated or difficult. Once you've agreed a price with a buyer, your solicitor or conveyancer will handle all the legalities.  Our recommended conveyancer Mark Cook has agreed to give all Interweb Property users 'fast efficent conveyaning from only £350 plus VAT and will be happy to have a word with you regardless of your location and don't forget you will also save thousands of pounds in Estate Agent's commission.

You can list your property on our site which can be viewed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we can even provide you with one of our 'eye catching' for sale boards for just £25, if required (posts and fittings not included).

To submit your property for sale simply register your details and create a username and password. Continue through the system entering your property details and uploading any images.

If you don’t finish adding your property information first time, you can come back as often as you like to make any additions or changes.

Once payment has been received, your property details will be activated and appear on the website, usually within 24 hours.

House Swap is a new way to sell your home from Interweb Properties.  

Do you currently own a large home and wish to downsize?  Do you now feel the time is right to move into a bungalow or has the time came when you simply require a lower value property?  Then House Swap could be the answer!  Simply list your property in the usual way and enter 'House Swap Considered' as the first room heading.  Prospective buyers will contact you directly who may have a property you could be interested in Swapping.  If you are interested in their home then you must agree a price difference if applicable .  Both parites will benefit you get your new home and could even get some extra money in the bank for home improvements or a well deserved holiday - your buyer gets a  new home without having to list their property for sale, saving them money and avoiding getting stuck in a chain situation.
